In the role of Team Leader Accounting at Enreach, you get work done through collaboration with your direct team members and the broader organization. You are a people manager, able to create a high-performance team. The priority for this role is to further professionalize, standardize and automate work procedures.

THE ROLE

As a Team Leader, you and your team are responsible for the financial A/R and A/P administration. You ensure that the incoming invoices are processed and paid on time and that the outgoing invoices and files are compiled and sent on time. You take care of the daily guidance and management of a team of 7 employees. You have a signaling, analyzing and reporting role to the Finance Manager with regard to bottlenecks in the implementation of policy and developments. In addition, it is no problem for you to participate in the daily work of the team and communicate frequently with other departments of Enreach.

Other responsibilities include:

• Guiding, managing and motivating 7 employees
• Analyzing various processes and procedures within the organization
• Initiating and implementing improvement proposals, including the automation of processes and tasks
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of the team

WHO ARE YOU?

You guide a team through culture, coaching and clarity. You use your affinity of IT to work with a high degree of automation. You also see bring some or all of the following;

• A strong discussion partner for both your internal and external customers;
• A bachelor’s degree in the direction of Economics, Accounting or similar education;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Are driven by achieving well-defined goals;
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
• You are independent, proactive and can set priorities
