ASSISTANT FINANCE & OFFICE

Functie-eisen

In this new assisting team role, you will primarily support the Finance Manager in the ongoing daily, weekly and monthly financial operations. Additionally you will provide general support to the team and the management in various office tasks. In an assisting role, you will closely cooperate with the Finance manager.

Your Result Areas And Responsibilities

• Support of the Accounting manager
• General bookkeeping support
• Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Daily operations in office management
  

Your professional profile

• MBO+ / HBO education in finance / economy / administration
• 2+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial administration
• Experience in working with MS Office and (preferably) SAP
• English is a must, both verbal and written; NL is very helpful, Spanish is nice to have
