Job content

As a Credit Controller you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for the management of the debtors. This concerns reminding and collectin both by telephone and by e-mail. Because our client has many French customers, we are looking for an experienced credit controller who, in addition to the Dutch language, also masters the French language (both verbally and in writing).

Daily work;

• Speaking to customers who have questions about invoices;
• Maintaining contact with internal departments about outstanding invoices;
• Calling customers with overdue invoices and making payment agreements;
• Detecting and solving irregularities in payments or payment differences;
• Sending reminders and reminders.
  

Functie-eisen

• You have extensive experience in customer contact;
• Professional communication skills in French and Dutch;
• You have knowledge of SAP;
• You have knowledge of MS Office.

Our client

Our client is a large international construction company and is located in Utrecht. The finance team consists of a total of 10 people, of which 6 employees are responsible for debtor administration.
