We are looking for Do you want to support Master students from the Department of Plant Sciences at Wageningen University with for instance their consultancy projects? Do you want to take initiative and are you creative in finding solutions within set frameworks? Are you organization sensitive and able to deal flexibly with a very dynamic environment? Then we have an interesting vacancy for you! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic colleague to join our teaching support team (currently three people) at Department of Plant Sciences at Wageningen University . Job description:- You will be part of our teaching support team and will be involved in supporting the implementation and the innovation of our education;
- Within this team you will be the logistic responsible person of the university-wide course Academic Consultancy Training (ACT). This is a highly innovative course with approximately 1000 participants per year. Students are working in small groups on a transdisciplinary-oriented academic consultancy project for an external commissioner. The video below gives you an impression of ACT;
- You will also give logistic support for some other smaller courses within the chair groups;
- The position involves working with the digital platforms.
- An education at minimally HBO level;
- A proactive and solution oriented attitude when organizing teaching;
- Enthusiasm for education;
- Good level of English and Dutch both verbally and in writing for communication with (international) teachers and students;
- Experience in working with standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office )and eager to learn university digital platforms (OSIRIS, Brightspace, ANS);
- Affinity with financial tasks;
