ROSEN Europe, based in Oldenzaal the Netherlands, seeks to employ an enthusiastic and pro-active Event Specialist.Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tradeshow booths, conferences, events, external webinars, demonstrations and presentations;
• Assist in developing marketing initiatives to build and strengthen the ROSEN brand publicity;
• Maintain marketing material including literature, posters, banners, tradeshow graphics, etc;
• Deliver marketing support to internal departments;
• Supporting internal departments with internal initiatives;
• Stock management and budgetary control of promotion material;
• Travel within EU region from time to time as required;
• Ensuring that the brand is protected and inspire brand support;
• Support Head of Marketing with gathering Market Intelligence for internal stakeholders.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant marketing experience preferably with extensive event planning;
• MBO+, associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality preferred;
• A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team;
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization;
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills needed. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Professional and Indesign is a plus;
• Social media skills;
• Good understanding of the English language, both verbal and written. German is a pre.
