The HR Direct Advisors Team is the first point of contact in Nike’s HR Core Operational Services model for any HR related question from Nike Employees.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an HR Advisor Support working in HR Direct at our European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum. You will support all our Nike Colleagues across EMEA with HR related questions, while specializing in countries of which you speak the language. You will report to the Advisor Senior Specialist and together become HR’s face to our colleagues. You like to be part of a larger team of approximately 15 people that together brings a world class employee experience to our Nike colleagues by supporting them on all questions that touch HR and even beyond. You like to put pieces of a complex puzzle together, collaborating with team mates, improving processes and working independently and unsupervised.

What You Will Work On

Delivering fast, accurate and innovative support on all HR related matters to our colleagues specifically in the countries you support, while collaborating with our EHQ HR colleagues in the specialist teams, HR in the business and our local HR colleagues. Your customers are a highly-diversified population that consist of Wholesale staff, Head coaches and Athletes in our retail stores, and all other stakeholders such as HRBP’s, Territory operations consultants and vendors.

You are the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, playing a vital role in our Consumer Direct Acceleration strategy, communicating with our employees face to face, via email, via phone or chat. You will have in depth knowledge on all HR related matters for the countries you will be responsible for and partner with other colleagues supporting the same countries to meet our Service Level Agreements and KPI’s.

Who You Will Work With
  • Our diverse team consist of 14 colleagues that together speak over 6 languages and serve 16.000+ customers in EMEA spread over 25+ countries
  • You collaborate with our HR Core Operational Services colleagues in departments such as but not limited to: Work Force Administration, Benefits Operations, Compensation Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll etc

What You Bring
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Experience in an entry HR role or Customer Service role is an advantage, but, being a team player, curious and dedicated is what makes you our preferred candidate!
  • As we are in direct contact with our customers all the time, great communication skills are a tick in the box and helping people is what you enjoy most
  • You are comfortably able to do 3 things at the same time, and when you believe something could be done smarter, better or faster, you make it happen
  • You understand that HR Customer Service requires processing requests through tools and systems, you enjoy both administrative work and face to face problem solving
