We are looking for an HBO student Business Administration or MSc student Science Business & Management who is searching for a challenging internship in our innovative company?

Your internship project

As an intern you are responsible for evaluating, improving, and determining a stage gate process for (investment) projects, that is new build facilities or equipment which is being put into operation. A stage gate process is a process in which we reflect on the previous phase of a project and check whether the project can be taken to the next phase. During your internship you will evaluate the current performance, identified improvements and setup a system (e.g., checklist or meeting structure) to implement the improvements you identified.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the current state by interviewing stakeholders and participating in project(s), newly build facilities and or new equipment
  • Identify improvements
  • Set up a stage gate process
  • Providing a fresh perspective within the department your opinion matters.
The above-mentioned responsibilities are an indication of what you will be doing after proper onboarding and initial learning and development. This provides you with the opportunity to learn and hereafter perform tasks independently. In consultation with your supervisor, you could take on additional tasks and responsibilities.

Our team is working on big (investment) projects within our Animal Health site of Boxmeer. We are dedicated to delivering projects on time in full. Our main scope of work is investment projects where we are representing the (production) department. We are a small team of dedicated people wanting to make the change. You will work with the director operations and the project team(s).
