Booking.com is currently looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will join our Privacy Engineering Office and ensure that our data collection and processing align with customer consent. You will lead the delivery of technical solutions to business problems, align priorities across the organization, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions as cross-team initiatives
• Align priorities across the organization to achieve program outcomes
• Create a realistic delivery plan based on a thorough understanding of the technical solution
• Manage and address risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
• Standardize delivery governance across diverse organizational cultures
• Apply agile delivery principles and best practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivery practices

Requirements

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional partnering
• Ability to drive consensus and find programmatic solutions
• Strong understanding of program architectures and systems
• Knowledge of technical program management methodologies
• Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• Experience with scale, production, and reliability
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and partners across different time zones
