What are you going to do?

Over the course of two years, you will receive 4 training opportunities in various HR disciplines to gain all-round experience in the HR profession. You learn skills required for future jobs by working on various tasks within different departments and/or in different countries.

You’ll start with contributing to our HR strategy, roadmap and the implementation of our global human resources information system by supporting the project organization. You set up a system to monitor, document and report progress.

Depending on your development, interest and the opportunities that arise, we jointly outline a suitable trajectory for the remaining period. Plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself as a professional. By combining your pro-active attitude with your internal constructed network, you can arrange a cool new assignment. The possibilities are there, you can seize them!

Your power

As a Trainee HR you are a practical, analytical, dedicated and open-minded person, that likes to work in an international environment. You function well in a team, apply and share knowledge with your colleagues, but you also feel comfortable to work independently. During your time at Enza you will face varied and interesting challenges which require you to go above and beyond. You can self-start, adapt and respond to change, make business cases and set clear goals. To achieve your goals, you possess excellent planning and organizing and communication skills.

In Short, You

• Have a master’s degree in business studies, business administration, business economics or comparable study
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and/or an internship in relevant areas
• Demonstrable Excel skills and knowledge of planning tools
• Have a can-do and inquisitive attitude
• Can communicate in English and preferably Dutch, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  

If we are happy with each other at the end of the traineeship, we would love to offer you a contract for indefinite duration depending on the circumstances at that time.
